We’re searching for a social media manager who can do more than just post updates. We want someone who can capture the essence of Studio Carbon and share it with the world. Someone who understands that in a world of automated posts and AI-generated content, authentic storytelling still reigns supreme.

As our social media manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate with the world. You’ll shape how people perceive our brand, showcase our work, and bring our culture to life online. From documenting impromptu studio jam sessions to crafting compelling case studies of our latest innovations, you’ll be the voice that tells our story to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a content strategy that showcases our work, culture, and people
  • Create engaging visual and written content in collaboration with our design teams
  • Plan and maintain a structured content calendar while staying flexible for spontaneous moments
  • Strategize and manage paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Document studio life, activities, and specific campaigns
  • Track metrics and create reports on our social media growth and engagement
  • Build relationships with our audience through active community management
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and suggest new ways to enhance our presence

Requirements

  • A proven track record in social media management with a strong online portfolio
  • Proficiency in social media design tools and content creation software
  • Sharp writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends
  • Experience in creating and managing paid social campaigns
  • Strong grasp of analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams
  • Understanding of design principles and aesthetics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
