How You’ll Make An Impact
- As a trusted partner to the employees in the country, you will translate business requirements into human capital imperatives.
- Be part of the HR team and collaborates to implement projects and drive integration.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate and support organizational development and change measures and support locally employees & organization development.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and deploy global HR policies, strategies and instruments on country level.
- Communicate and lead the implementation of HR policies / new concepts, such as talent management, performance management framework, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure the right talent capabilities to support the business by driving and facilitating performance management and people development.
- Supports the implementation of the local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and / or other strategic HR initiatives with respective business leader and advises and supports the business management for (an) assigned organization(s).
- Advises employees regarding general HR topics, processes, and compliance issues, based on local regulations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years human resources experience as HR Business Partner
- Proven success in encouraging and driving change in business
- Proven the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
- Knowledge of the Portuguese Labor Code
- International experience is a plus
