Our Finance department would like to welcome a detail-oriented

Junior Accountant in our office in Dubai

Responsibilities

Assisting with Financial Statements:

• Help prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Data Entry and Ledger Management:

• Enter financial transactions into accounting software and maintain accurate records.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Assist in processing invoices and payments.

Reconciliation:

• Help reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.

VAT:

• Assist in preparation and filing of VAT return and registration (as needed)

Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior accountant and other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations

Skills & Competencies

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and SAP S4/HANA) and Microsoft Excel
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE
