Your experience spans styles, media, and formats, and you have the ability to captivate audiences with creativity that blends substance and style.

As a core member of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in elevating our storytelling and bringing fresh perspectives to the table. With 3-5 years of experience, you’ll own projects from concept to execution while collaborating closely with senior creatives and inspiring junior talent. Whether you’re crafting campaigns, designing for cultural pillars like gaming, music, sport, or fashion, or presenting ideas to stakeholders, you bring energy, innovation, and a deep understanding of what makes work resonate.

  • Conceptual Strength: A proven track record of creating strong, strategic concepts that lead to impactful, culturally relevant creative solutions across platforms and media.
  • Advanced Experience: Expertise in delivering work across multiple formats, including digital, social, film, deck design, and basic animation. Advanced skills in motion design or interactive media are a strong plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Take ownership of projects, guiding junior team members while collaborating seamlessly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in AI Tools: Strong understanding of AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, or other generative platforms, with the ability to use AI creatively to enhance ideas and outputs.
  • Cultural Insight: A deep curiosity about culture, including market trends, subcultures, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate these into ideas and designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills, both visual and verbal, with the ability to sell ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
