Job Description
- 1 to 8 years of experience in application/production support
- Sound hands on knowledge in Linux, Unix, shell scripting
- hands on knowledge in SQL
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Worked on Workflow automation tools like Control M
- Focused on Automation Experience in Unix shell scripts Python etc
- Daily Application Operation experience
- ITIL understanding familiarity with IM PM tools
- Knowledge on support tools like MS Office Toad etc
- Familiarity with executing BCP and Mock Drills
- Familiarity of setting up Environments
- Excellent Communication Skills, should be able to communicate effectively with Developers Business Members and Seniors
- Ready to work in shifts
