Operation Manager
Location: Riyadh, KSA
The Operation Manager will be responsible to handling the Warehouse, Inventory, stock , Production, and fleet management.
- Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
- Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.
- Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
- Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.

- Develops warehouse operations systems by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes.
- Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock, avoiding stock outskirts and overstock situations.
- Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market conditions to forecast future inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demand and ensure that stock levels align with anticipated sales volumes.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles, and proper storage practices
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Devise fleet management strategies for the company, and ensure its timely execution
- Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the fleet management system in place, and make changes to improve the same
- Use KPIs for the supply-chain network and ensure that the return on investment is maximized
- Monitor and update all kinds of records of fleet tracking systems
- Adhere to national, regional and company-wide rules and regulations while performing fleet management services
Skill Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Good Management, Team Handling & Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing stock counts, reconciliations, and data entry tasks.
- Qualification: Graduate/PG
- Minimum experience 12-15 Years
- Fluent Arabic & English Language Must
