Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager with experience in client relationship management, campaign and comms management – PR, social media marketing, events and customer marketing – across both business and consumer audiences.

The successful candidate will be outcomes focused, driven, collaborative and will have worked across the sales funnel. They will be equally at ease with creative development, marketing techniques from awareness to conversion and basing decisions and improvements based on data.

  • Ownership of annual regional / national marketing strategy &plans
  • Ownership of market & customer insights
  • Sales enablement and support for global recruitment team and agents along with support to the internal India team
  • Local implementation of global marketing campaigns

Agent communications, from social media, events to direct marketing with a focus on building strong relationships and creating long-lasting co-branded marketing materials

Ent management support: Supporting GRT with events activation, setting success metrics, preparing relevant marketing material, attending together with other members of the regional team, performance tracking etc.

Webinars: calendar & theme development across the sales funnel, promotion, invites, managing attendance & post webinar reporting, performance tracking & feedback.Collateral development: Development and supply of standard print material from brochures, flyers, stands, GRT business cards, etc. based on globally agreed designs & standardsAnnual Team Symposium: support in the ideation and creation of branding and all collateral for the annual eventInternal Communication: implement standardised internal and external communication templates

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Should have experience in the education industry as a marketing manager or equivalent
  • Should be strong in PR, Social Media Marketing, Brand Communication, Paid Media Marketing etc.
