The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Understand Hiring Needs – Work alongside Client Success Managers to analyze job requirements and develop winning recruitment strategies.
  • Screen & Interview – Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the Candidate Experience – Keep candidates engaged, provide timely updates, and ensure a seamless hiring journey.
  • Stay Organized & Efficient – Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and accessible.
