MOVE is a rapidly growing start-up company in Southern California that helps businesses grow and outsource Virtual Employees.

One of our clients is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager (SMM) to support a growing business in the mental health and parenting space. This role requires expertise in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have experience with branding, AI tools, and analytics to enhance social media strategies and drive engagement. Working closely with the business owner, you will manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and measurable success across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Post regularly, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Utilize AI tools to schedule posts and optimize for maximum reach and engagement.

Content Creation (Video & Graphic Design)

  • Edit videos and podcasts, repurposing long-form content into shorter, social-media-friendly clips (e.g., reels, shorts).
  • Design eye-catching graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice and aesthetic.

Email Campaign Management

  • Design, execute, and monitor email campaigns to nurture leads and convert clients.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize for engagement and conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track marketing performance metrics, including engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.

LinkedIn Lead Generation

  • Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Engage with leads through direct messaging and content outreach.

Branding & Graphic Design

  • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Create marketing materials, including social media posts and email templates, consistent with the brands tone and aesthetic.

Copywriting

  • Craft compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent and engaging messaging tailored to the target audience.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Competence in video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools for social media scheduling, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical skills to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including ad creation and performance tracking.
  • Background in podcast editing and production.
  • Understanding of mental health and parenting topics, particularly those related to teenagers.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750 – $850 + $75 Allowance per month

Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo.
