What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic Human Resource Executive to drive our talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is perfect for an HR professional passionate about creating a dynamic, supportive workplace. You should be:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Design and execute employee engagement and development programs
  • Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Manage HR administrative processes and maintain employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support organizational growth through strategic HR planning
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare comprehensive reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of progressive HR experience in start-ups, creative or media agencies is preferred.
  • Fair understanding and proven track record in recruitment, talent management, and HR best practices
  • Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and soft, interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and MS suite
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in performance management and employee development
