Teaching Assistant – Secondary School

Location: Boston

Start Date: January 2025

Salary: £85 – £100 per day

Are you looking to support students in a secondary school setting? A school in Boston is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team starting in January 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in delivering the curriculum to students aged 11–16.
  • Provide one-to-one or group support to students.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students with additional needs to help them access the curriculum.
  • Encourage student engagement and participation in lessons.

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable.
  • A passion for supporting education and student development.
