Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily office activities to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling for leadership.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems for operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the office complies with safety and legal regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
