Wilcon Depot, Inc. is a leading home improvement and construction supplies company in the Philippines. We are looking for a talented and creative Content Producer and Copywriter to join our growing team in Manila.

As a Content Producer and Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating and developing high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for our various marketing channels. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce content that effectively promotes our products and services, engages our target audience, and drives brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and brand voice
• Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, and print materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all content is on-brand and meets the company’s standards
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors to produce compelling and effective content
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in content marketing and copywriting
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content production and copywriting, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of graphic design and video production is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and writing samples
