Job Description:
- In charge in salesman reconciliation regarding shortages in Pampanga area.
- Ensures that all corrections from the invoices are modified
- Determines and analyzes the shortage/overages per salesman.
- Reports any irregularities in sales transactions.
- In charge in monitoring compliance to B&C guidelines and policies within Pampanga operation.
- In charge in monitoring of all forms issued to salesman (invoices, DR, RS)
Qualifications
- College graduate of any accounting or business-related course
- Proficient in MS Applications
- With at least 1 year of work experience in handling invoices
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga (onsite)
