Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals for Full-Time/Part-Time Voice Support roles in our office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and providing technical support.
    • Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying issues and delivering effective solutions.
    • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers over the phone, adhering to the company’s standards and policies.
    • Use active listening techniques to understand customer needs, identify key issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
    • Convey information in an easy-to-understand manner, ensuring customers are fully informed about product offerings and services.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Analyze customer issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant departments when necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues effectively, providing customers with step-by-step guidance.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including queries, complaints, and feedback.
    • Document details of the issue and resolution process in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Provide follow-up support when required, ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the service provided.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Continuously update your knowledge of the companys products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to customers.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new product features and service protocols.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding customer feedback, operational improvements, and problem-solving strategies.
  • Performance Targets:
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets, such as call resolution times, customer satisfaction ratings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education or certifications related to customer service or communication is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a voice support or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to articulate clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools. Proficiency in using a phone system, email, and other office tools.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
