Job Description
The QA Staff is responsible for the following:
- Quality control
- Quality assurance
- Line inspection and laboratory analyses
- Performs inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conduct in-line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products
- Performs finished product analysis and testing, conduct audits on all areas of the process, and prepare a report for each assigned task
- Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials at production
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology
- Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP and its principle
- Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Open for fresh graduates
