Responsibility
- Resolve customers enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external source and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.
- Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning
- Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects
- Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
- Provide on-site and online training and assistance to users of Cartrack application systems
- Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue internally and externally
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline
- Min.1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin to handle customer queries
- Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
