Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and accurate information regarding products or services. This could involve troubleshooting issues, answering general inquiries, or offering guidance on product usage.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, assess their needs, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate, and professional telephone manner. Fluency in English (and additional local languages, depending on location) is an added advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Active Listening: Good listening skills to understand the concerns of customers and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic attitude to deal with irate or upset customers while maintaining professionalism.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling customer queries, recording data, and following up on requests.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A minimum of 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board. Graduation (if any) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Age: Typically 18-28 years, depending on the company policy.
  • Experience: Freshers with a desire to learn and build a career in the BPO sector are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage but not a requirement.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in MS Office tools. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is an added advantage.
