Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide warm welcome for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience in Spa products/services etc.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the Senior Therapist/Spa Supervisor or Spa Manager in conducting the operations and administration of the Department.
• Perform therapies/treatments as required to the highest possible standard while adhering to the standards prescribed in the SOPs.
• Check the reservation schedule during the day to ensure that the guest details such as guest name, membership details and special requirement are noted.
• Ensure the health assessment form are updated and filed. To complete written prescriptions for guests whenever applicable.
• Promote the Spa treatment and any other services all the time, as well as to understand the wellness program and to help promoting it.
• Clean and maintain the treatment room according to his or her designation treatment room and ensure that supplies are enough at all times and as per Divan standards.
• Inform and to coordinate with the superior any maintenance issue as well to follow up.
• Report lost and found items and submit guest incident reports to the Management.
• Handle guest complaints and record all guest comments.
• Participate in training as required.
• Help the receptionists whenever possible.
• Establish good guest relations and rapport in professional manner with guests at all times.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Spa industry/Hotel etc
• Ability to speak, read, write advanced level of English
• Effective communication skills and pleasant personality are a must.
• Very energetic, flexible and can handle pressure
• Be fully conversant with health and safety procedures and emergency procedures
