SALES AND CHANNEL MANAGER (oman nationals only)
Job Roles: Business Development IT/Software Development Project/Program Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales through a team of Solution Sales Specialists, while contributing individually to revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for subscription-based ERP software and related services across the ME & GCC region.
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation, signing, and post-sales account management.
- Engage and influence C-level executives (CIOs, CXOs) to position solutions effectively.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring revenue growth and account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across all organizational levels.
- Represent the company professionally through clear communication and strategic positioning.
- Travel extensively within assigned territories to drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Strong Technology Solutions Sales background in Software Products / Solutions / ERP.
- Relevant local, regional experience and exposure to GCC and Middle East Market.
- Assume Complete Responsibility for Sales, Profitability and Cash-Flow.
- Capability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Must have Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills.
- Must have consistently met or exceeded assigned quotas.
- Develop and implement strategies to create new business revenue.
- Must be adept in positioning, differentiating, and solution proposition.
- Have the ability to manage both short and long sales cycles.
- Must be able to represent proposed solutions and do product demonstration to C-level executives.
- Successful track record of achieving sales targets and generation of new revenue streams.
- Extensive knowledge of IT industry, market place trends and key indicators.
- Highly developed selling, communication, customer relations, negotiating and decision making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent English oral and written skills.
- Graduate – Any Specialization.
- PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, Marketing.
- Minimum 5+ years of Sales/Business Development/Solution Sales experience.
- Open only for Omani Nationals.
