The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build and manage strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their needs and objectives to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboarding and Support: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support to maximize product usage.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our product suite, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and service improvements, contributing to our strategic vision.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver reports on account status, renewal timelines, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in account management or customer success within an enterprise software environment (experience in PLM, ERP, Procurement, or Supply Chain software is a plus).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail, CPG, and global retail supply chain preferred.
  • Communication: Professional presentation skills, both online and in person.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive nature and adaptability.
  • Energy and Drive: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and motivating team members.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
