Job Description

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Requirement Gathering and Analysis :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, technical needs, and project goals.
- Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Project Documentation :
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
- Develop user stories and workflows to ensure alignment with technical teams.
Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, project updates, and issue resolution discussions.
Technical Collaboration :
- Work closely with developers, testers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Assist in system design, development, and implementation by providing insights and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Testing and Vaalidation :
- Develop test plans and cases to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback to refine solutions.
Project Support :
- Provide ongoing support during project execution and post-implementation phases.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications / Work Experience / Skills :
Educational Background :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT technical projects.
- Proven experience in system development, integration, and implementation projects.
Technical Skills :
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Cerfitications (Preferred) :
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent certifications.
Softs Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience :
- Working knowledge of enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
- Experience in industries such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Telecommunications.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
