Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support via Chat: As a part of the BPO Chat Process, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through online chat platforms, addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: You will work to understand the customers concern or issue, investigate it thoroughly, and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Acquiring deep knowledge of the companys products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed and relevant assistance to customers.
  • Multi-tasking: Managing multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in resolving issues.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining a record of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the companys CRM or helpdesk system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues, and ensure that customer concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the quality of responses meets the companys standards and guidelines, and maintaining professionalism in every interaction.
  • Follow-up: In some cases, you may need to follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Freshers Welcome: No prior work experience is necessary, though any experience in customer service, chat, or BPO processes would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and find solutions to various customer issues in real-time.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to work efficiently with chat support tools and CRM systems.
