- Coordinating with regional and local teams for development of new product features for SPX Express
- Managing the launch of new or revamped product features through clear and efficient communication
- Onboarding new stakeholders to the company’s product ecosystem and processes
- Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
- Perform quality assurance controls on products
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Conduct research to identify stakeholder needs and market gaps
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Setup and maintain product settings for expansion projects (new hubs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
- Great track record of successful project management is required
- High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel
- Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
