  • Coordinating with regional and local teams for development of new product features for SPX Express
  • Managing the launch of new or revamped product features through clear and efficient communication
  • Onboarding new stakeholders to the company’s product ecosystem and processes
  • Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Conduct research to identify stakeholder needs and market gaps
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
  • Setup and maintain product settings for expansion projects (new hubs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent
  • Great track record of successful project management is required
  • High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel
  • Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
