Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to meet client objectives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including visuals, videos, and copywriting.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring they understand best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates, and implement them in strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, present strategies, and provide regular updates on performance.
- Manage and resolve any social media crises or negative publicity effectively and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments, including content creation, influencer marketing, and performance marketing, to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for training and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
