Primary Sales

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving primary sales through distributors and stockists.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, ensuring proper channel partner development.
  • Manage inventory levels at the distributor end to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Secondary Sales

  • Drive secondary sales by building strong relationships with retailers and contractors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather customer feedback.
  • Ensure proper display, branding, and promotional activities at retail points to maximize product visibility.

Market Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to increase market share.
  • Organize training sessions, product demos, and awareness programs for channel partners and end-users.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Proven sales experience in the Pipes & Fittings or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
