Primary Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving primary sales through distributors and stockists.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, ensuring proper channel partner development.
- Manage inventory levels at the distributor end to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Secondary Sales
- Drive secondary sales by building strong relationships with retailers and contractors.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather customer feedback.
- Ensure proper display, branding, and promotional activities at retail points to maximize product visibility.
Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to increase market share.
- Organize training sessions, product demos, and awareness programs for channel partners and end-users.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Key Skills And Competencies
- Proven sales experience in the Pipes & Fittings or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
