Responsibilities

The job of a Recruitment Specialist Non IT (Tamil BPO HR recruiter) is to find, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions in a company. Some of their responsibilities include:

  • Identifying staffing needs: Working with hiring managers to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for the role
  • Writing job descriptions: Writing and posting job descriptions, and updating them as needed
  • Sourcing candidates: Using various methods to source and attract potential candidates, such as posting job advertisements, searching job boards and databases, attending job fairs, and using social media platforms
  • Screening and interviewing candidates: Screening resumes and conducting interviews with potential candidates, whether in person or on call
  • Presenting a shortlist of candidates: Presenting a shortlist of candidates to management
  • Providing reports: Providing reports to the HR management team after tracking metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

Some skills and qualifications that are often required for HR recruiters include:

  • A bachelor’s degree, human resource hiring, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification or a master’s degree in HR
  • Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods
