Job Purpose

The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for executing emerging technologies curriculum across the organization and supporting academies with execution

Job Accountabilities

  • Design annual calendar for execution in line with identified technologies
  • Partner with internal / external Subject Matter Experts for programme design and delivery
  • Support academies in content curation for deep skilling on emerging technologies
  • Assess effectiveness of the programme across different levels and communicate to stakeholders
  • Suggest changes / improvements as needed to the overall curriculum and individual programmes
  • Identify external practices in this domain and incorporate the same where relevant

Qualifications

MBA (Human Resource Management)
