Job Purpose
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for executing emerging technologies curriculum across the organization and supporting academies with execution
Job Accountabilities
- Design annual calendar for execution in line with identified technologies
- Partner with internal / external Subject Matter Experts for programme design and delivery
- Support academies in content curation for deep skilling on emerging technologies
- Assess effectiveness of the programme across different levels and communicate to stakeholders
- Suggest changes / improvements as needed to the overall curriculum and individual programmes
- Identify external practices in this domain and incorporate the same where relevant

Qualifications
MBA (Human Resource Management)
Experience
2 – 6 yrs in HR space with passion for technology
