Responsibilities
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
- Analyse and summarize.
- Assist the Marketing Agency in developing and evaluating marketing strategies.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
- Liase with local partners and platforms for certain campaigns.
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding.
- Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences effectively.
- Communicate with regional office on digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, and meeting & events teams to promote special packages and events.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse guest feedback and reviews for marketing insights.
- Reply to guest comments on social media and certain online platforms.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the hotel’s brand standards.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
