Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
  • Analyse and summarize.
  • Assist the Marketing Agency in developing and evaluating marketing strategies.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
  • Liase with local partners and platforms for certain campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and updating as needed.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences effectively.
  • Communicate with regional office on digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, and meeting & events teams to promote special packages and events.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and other stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyse guest feedback and reviews for marketing insights.
  • Reply to guest comments on social media and certain online platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the hotel’s brand standards.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
