Job Description
Overview:
To plan, execute, and oversee projects/programs to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager acts as a pivotal link between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and alignment with organizational goal.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with a team or team of teams and stakeholders to effectively plan and organize deliverables, ensuring the successful completion of projects from inception to finish, in alignment with their subject matter expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify risks within the assigned programs and projects, facilitate solutions, and devise appropriate courses of action minimizing disruption in project delivery.
- Lead a collaborative and dynamic planning process.
- Translate high-level business requirements into measurable and actionable tasks across teams.
- Analyze team deliverables to identify underlying problems and potential communication gaps among stakeholders.
- Enhance existing processes and propose policy changes based on the system’s capacity and limitations.
- Transform product requirements into workable units and discuss them with the engineering team for grooming, implementation, and deployment.
What we are looking for:
- Preferably at least 5 years of work experience in Project Management/Engineering
- Has experience in Scrum/Agile Methodology
- Has experience working with the financial industry
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello
- Experience in working with Vendors related to project delivery
