About our Design Engineering Team ?
Our first Design Engineer plays a pivotal role in integrating technical excellence with innovative product design. Collaborating closely with our tech, business and data teams, we are dedicated to enhancing user experience through cutting-edge solutions. You will work alongside experienced leaders including our CTO and seasoned engineers, in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
We are looking for a Design Engineer
This team is focused on advancing our product with a strong emphasis on functionality, innovation, and automation, ensuring optimal service delivery to our clients.
Your Missions ?
- Develop intuitive user interfaces and interactive designs that integrate seamlessly with our backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and refine design prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Structure exhaustive QA test plans for all modules of the app.
- Champion design best practices and ensure adherence to design guidelines throughout the development process.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.

You are an ideal candidate if you…
- Have some practical experience in design engineering or a related field.
- Possess a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design and frontend development.
- Are proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Have experience working collaboratively in agile environments.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with backend developers.
