What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain Tier-II service desk and support users with reported issues
  • Escalate user issues related to accounts, reports, dashboards, and views
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify and recommend solutions for common problems
  • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot product issues
  • Create and edit training materials for Service Desk personnel

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • One plus (1+) years’ experience in information technology systems and customer service desk environments
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment
  • Completion of Salesforce Systems Administrator training within two (2) months of employment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience with JIRA and Slack
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining accuracy
