Overview

An Associate Producer at the community is a Maker. A person who GETS THINGS DONE. We are looking for an innovative, integrated, collaborative, smart and driven person looking to join an ideas driven, culturally fluid ad agency. Someone looking to fight the good fight and make a contribution to the creative while assisting in managing budgets and timelines. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our Senior Producers learning the ropes of high-volume asset production delivering assets for Print, OOH, Digital, Social, and more. This is a great opportunity to learn the foundation of Production and grow with our agency.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting production of Social/digital executions, online banners, print, OOH, and other collateral pieces.
  • Research vendors and assist with communicating with them for delivery of assets.
  • Assist in planning timelines.
  • Manage asset archives, keeping organized files of client’s materials, brand guidelines, stock footage/assets,radio record sessions, and new content.
  • Create estimates, manage financials on production cost per job and assist in closing out jobs.
  • Learn to negotiate with vendors on stock photography, original art usage and printing.
  • Helping organize, manage, and administer digital asset management processes & tools: WireDrive, LionBox, Slack, Basecamp, Workbook.
  • Partner closely with the account team to execute creative vision.
  • Manage client feedback throughout production.
  • Juggle managing multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
  • Learn about the production process and help streamline delivery.
  • Establish working relationships with outside vendors, and supervise production process including on-press color approvals and retouching.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from building mechanicals through files delivery for printing.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of ad agency experience gained working in a fast-paced production studio or agency (internship experience is great!).
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, strong with numbers and passionate about creativity.
  • Strong desire to learn new systems.
  • Possess strong communications skills and be able to work with all levels of staff.
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Understanding of mechanicals, pre-press, or print production a strong plus.
  • Understanding of editing or video production a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of the Creative Suite/Cloud is nice to have.
