Program Specialist
Job Description
Abacus Solutions Group is currently looking for a Program Integrity Specialist for our client based in New Castle, Delaware. This role is hybrid with at least 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Conducting planned and ad-hoc program integrity reviews of all awarded providers and projects to ensure appropriate implementation, adherence to grant requirements.
- Troubleshooting and supporting projects/partners on barriers and ensuring the integrity of the grant funded projects.
- Assessing performance based on executed agreements and grant requirements.
- Reviewing programmatic data outcomes and determining progress or shortfalls.
- Identifying technical assistance needed to support effective implementation.
- Conducting desk reviews of submitted data – for accuracy and timeliness.
- Virtual and in-person site visits to programs across the state.
- Assist with sub-grantee and grant fiscal tracking/analysis for the assigned projects.
- Coordinate with fiscal, grant management and programmatic staff.
- Complete other grant-related duties as assigned.
- Driving to in person meetings/check-ins is required.
Qualifications
- Project managements experience highly preferred.
- Program monitoring experience highly preferred.
- Must be able to travel to in person meetings across the state.
