Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Kiat Systems and Embedded Solutions in Coimbatore. This full-time position is ideal for a creative individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in the graphic design field. The role involves creating visually appealing and effective designs, contributing to our IT services and consulting projects.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop to manipulate and enhance imagery, essential for crafting compelling visual content.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, enabling vector-based illustrations for scalable design solutions.
• Experience with Figma for creating interactive wireframes and prototypes for user interface and user experience design.
• Ability to use Sketch software for designing user interfaces and enhancing collaborative design processes across teams.
• Competency in InDesign for developing layout-heavy documents like brochures, catalogs, and multi-page publications.
• Strong background in UI/UX design to create user-centered designs that improve digital product interfaces.
• Understanding of typography, with an ability to choose appropriate typefaces and manage text layout for legibility.
• Experience in motion graphics to bring static designs to life with animations and transitions to captivate audiences.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with project goals and user needs.
• Design and produce digital and print assets including graphics, visual content, and marketing material.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute and develop engaging design concepts and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to maintain the quality and innovation within designs.
• Review and evaluate final designs for usability, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Provide support and assistance to senior designers in executing larger design initiatives and projects.
