- Proven experience in direct purchase operations, ensuring timely procurement of quality educational materials and services.

- Excellent budgeting capabilities to manage and optimize departmental budgets for cost-effectiveness.

- Train and mentor procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
