Roles and Responsibility-

  • Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels.

Qualifications-

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong expertise in Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Proficiency in WordPress for website management and optimization
  • Experience in creative content creation for digital advertising
  • Strong market research and analysis abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and track performance effectively
  • Knowledge of various digital advertising platforms and tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Experience in the outdoor design or home improvement industry is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
