Roles & Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Developing advertising strategies based on business goals and target audience insights.
- Planning and setting up ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Crafting compelling ad copy and creative elements that resonate with the Performing A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and copy.
- Optimising ads to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Allocating and managing budgets for ad campaigns.
- Monitoring spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving.
- Tracking and analysing key performance metrics (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Generating detailed reports to assess the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- Identifying and targeting specic demographics, interests, and behaviours to reach the most relevant audience.
- Utilising advanced targeting options such as remarketing and lookalike audiences.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for each
- Managing accounts and ensuring compliance with platform policies.
- Staying informed about industry trends and new advertising technologies.
- Continuously testing and rening strategies to improve performance.
- Working closely with other teams, such as content creators, designers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

- Must have experience in FB Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads

- SEO /SEM
- Google Analytics
- Budgets handled in the past & Conversions, sales, pay per click
