Operator production

As an operator, you will contribute to the heart of Codi Group’s production process, playing a key role in manufacturing top-tier wet wipes. You’ll face the rewarding challenge of managing high-tech machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency. Essential skills include a technical background, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to work in a three-shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Machine management: operate and adjust production equipment independently, guaranteeing the highest quality of output.
• Quality control: meticulously monitor products and processes to meet strict safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: swiftly identify and resolve first-line technical issues to maintain continuous production flow.
• Collaboration: work closely with the maintenance team to contribute to machine upkeep and process improvements.
• Learning: actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

• Monthly wage between €2,345 – €2,985, excluding shift allowance.
• Full-time role with a view to a permanent contract.

• Annual profit-sharing bonus reflecting company success.
• 7-month contract which can lead to a permanent contract
