Job Description
Manpower is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the European region for a client.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will perform the following working activities:
- Achieve assigned KPIs for Power Quality products across Europe by identifying opportunities and addressing regional challenges
- Promote company’s products through webinars, seminars, and presentations while acting as an ambassador for innovative technologies
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored product solutions that ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage customer quotation requests, configure products, and prepare offers aligned with their requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including order processing, design, planning, and sales channels, to streamline processes and resolve queries
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and enhancements in sales processes to drive efficiency
- Evaluate market conditions, gather intelligence, and prepare strategic plans, sales forecasts, and comprehensive reports
- Identify and mitigate risks while supporting market planning and ensuring effective execution of business goals
