Our Project Management department would like to welcome a detail-oriented
Project Manager in our office in Dubai
Responsibilities
- Organize the various professional people working on a project
- Carry out risk assessment
- Make sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Make sure the quality standards are met
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Oversee the accounting, costing and billing skills & competencies
- Create project plans; scope plans, and timelines
- Manage projects communications including reporting
- Identify and manage potential risks
- Work with different stakeholders to achieve projects’ goals
- Solve issues around projects
- Gather and documents business requirement and provide solutions
- Research and pre-projects documentation preparation
- Create and track test plans
- Track projects progress
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
- Knowledge of various Agile project management methodologies
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management skills
- Advanced Problem-solving skills
Experience Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline. Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related
- Over 5 years of experience in in Software or IT implementation, Project management, Payments sector, Payment Service Provider (PSP) management and integration.
- Excellent technical acumen.
- Proficiency in writing business cases and payment solution requirements.
- Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of global payment industry regulations and trends.
- Working knowledge and experience in an Agile Scrum environment
- Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) Certified
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate on complex issues.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic and other languages is advantageous.
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to multi-task, determine priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Has capacity to adapt to the changing market environment and work well under pressure.
