UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain design excellence.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets.
• Optimize designs for various devices, screen sizes, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with design systems and creating reusable components.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing practices.
