As a Freight Broker, you will help us connect shippers with reliable carriers while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Identify and onboard new clients in need of freight transportation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipment issues and offering solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, fuel costs, and transportation regulations.
- Manage load documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to streamline operations and reporting.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
- Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in freight brokering, logistics sales, or a related role.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of freight regulations, carrier networks, and supply chain processes.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with TMS, CRM tools, and load boards.
- Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

- Schedule: Must be flexible and willing to be assigned in any shift. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
