Job Overview

Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC seeks an experienced Organization & Development Specialist to enhance our organizational effectiveness and employee development initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role will report directly to the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our talent development strategy.

Responsibilities

  • **Organizational Development:**
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address identified needs.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational culture, communication, and collaboration.
  • Foster a learning and development-centric environment by creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • **Employee Development:**
  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to employee needs and career aspirations.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive employee learning and development portal.
  • Provide career coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their professional growth and advancement.
  • **Performance Management:**
  • Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and development goals for employees.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to employees, promoting performance improvement and professional growth.
  • **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
  • Collect and analyze data on organizational development and employee performance.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management, informing decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development or employee learning and development.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and other developmental initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
