Job Overview

Marcom Comprehensive Arabia DMCC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Learning Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development requirements
  • Design and develop customised training programs, including workshops, seminars, and online learning modules
  • Facilitate and deliver training programs to employees at all levels
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future offerings
  • Collaborate with line managers and HR to integrate training into the employee performance management system
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in training and learning methodologies
  • Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a training and development role in a professional setting
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Expertise in instructional design and development tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
