Your Key Responsibilities
- ? Delivers first line Customer Services to provide solutions and answers for customers
- ? Provide first level support for customers inquiries and complaints; follow standard processes
- ? Provide support to customers to ensure customer satisfaction, escalate issues if necessary.
? Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
? Communicate with relevant contact persons for proper transfer of information.
? MIS reports required for customer centricity.
Your Qualifications
Any Graduate -Exp 3-6yrs in customer service,
