Role And Responsibilities

  • Implements and oversees all marketing initiatives within assigned product category including launching of new products for special segment ,Project management of all responsible products launching throughout implementation
  • Manages marketing budget and oversees all marketing spending
  • Creates and analyzes marketing strategies for local markets marketing strategies and executes appropriate marketing plans.
  • Determines appropriate partner margins and Forecast sales of responsible product
  • Performs market research on assigned product category as needed
  • Ensure operational excellence through input into business management as well as manage marketing budget ,P&L responsibility for the categories with a direct control over the annual marketing budget
  • Develop and implement strategy to grow sales and market share. In deep analysis of pre/post campaign/promotion and market share.
  • Support technical innovation and software upgrade and act as product innovation and technical expert for all related enquiries
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree from oversea preferred
  • Solid knowledge on technology/software/innovation especially mobile phone or telecommunication industry as well as Passionate in technology and innovation
  • At Least 5 years proven product marketing experience required with the ability to productively interact with and influence distribution, retail and reseller business partners
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize and implement marketing projects and programs within assigned product categories
  • Requires the ability to disseminate market information and provide the best strategic business plan for product category
  • Requires the ability to lead, motivate and guide the activities of sales and marketing groups to implement strategic plans and achieve all sales objectives
  • Must possess the ability to develop tasks, projects and work assignments to clearly define objectives and give direction to sales and marketing teams on a day-to-day basis
  • Requires the ability to assist in long and mid-term business planning
  • Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Consumer oriented mind with basic marketing skills and project management skills
