Position Summary

  • Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product’s integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.
  • Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments(PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)

Role And Responsibilities

  • To develop and execute Marketing Communication strategies that align to goals and objectives.
  • To partner with Marketing & Product Marketing team members in developing campaign strategies that support product launches and on-going business needs.
  • To ensure alignment among senior management.
  • Work with Marketing Head in the development and execution of communication plans across multiple channels including, but not limited to, broadcast, print, in-store, on-line, events and PR.
  • Oversee and manage the executional detail of these plans including budget management, fulfillment management, development of creative briefs and messaging documents and timelines.
  • Leverage Marketing Intelligence insights to optimize strategy and executional elements.
  • Support Marketing Head on KPI development and provide on-going program analysis and recap, with quantifiable ROIs.
  • Manage outsourced resources such as Creative/OOH/PR/Social/CRM/Digital Agencies and third party vendors.
  • Develop Marcom & Marketing strategies.
  • Execute communication plans based on agreed upon strategies, within budgets and on time.
  • Provide on-going campaign recap/results and recommend modifications and course corrections moving forward.
  • To review performance and work with other departments.
  • To manage subordinates, external agencies and third party vendors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills And Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a Marketing Communications, Advertising or Consumer Promotions discipline, at either an agency, media or manufacturer of durable or packages goods.
  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in planning development and strategy execution
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing environment ,strong planning and organizational skills
  • High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive partner.
  • Strategic thinking and able to execute to operation task, in-depth knowledge of corporate market needs and skilled in addressing them.
  • Good Attitude with ability to perform well under high pressure
