How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Develop and execute a strategy to ensure delivery of cash, cost and service targets in daily operations and for specific projects (innovation, productivity, supply network design)
- Recruit, retain, engage, develop and manage talent to ensure there is a pipeline for critical positions
- Ensure cooperation with internal (commercial and supply chain teams) and external stakeholders (customers and third-party providers) so objectives are met
- Ensure business goals are achieved through the effectiveness of the IBP process
- Define logistics service operational guidelines (i.e., defining guidelines, parameters, service levels and standards) in which local third-party providers operate
- Deliver process and performance excellence, looking for opportunities to continuously improve across all CS&L areas (demand and supply planning, customization, warehousing and transportation, order-to-cash and cash-to-bill)
- Lead the master plan to progress in the integration journey, driving agility and integration
- `Define and bring to life a portfolio segmentation strategy to drive differentiated supply chain solutions tailored to different channel/customer needs
What You Will Bring

- Previous senior leadership role and experience in CS&L in a large multinational business in logistics and related fields with concentration in replenishment planning, production planning/scheduling, inventory management, demand planning and general business knowledge
- Strategic agility and business acumen to track the continuous improvement record
- Ability to lead and navigate in a complex matrixed organization
- Demonstrates credibility and presence, consistently role modelling our values
- Understanding of process linkages across the entire supply chain
- Ability to create a high-performing, agile organization demonstrating strong people and team management skills
- Can demonstrate experience of ensuring supply chain readiness in delivering innovation and new products to the market
