Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruiter Trainee to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the HR system.
Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team in day-to-day activities.
Communication: Communicate with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to develop recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and processes.
Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, rejection letters, and other recruitment-related documents.
Market Research: Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- No prior experience required; internships or coursework in HR/recruitment are a plus.
